We designed our hotel to be a centre of good food and relaxation. Our delicious dishes, prepared with local produce and accompanied by selected wines, are sure to provide a wonderful treat for your taste-buds. The word "holiday" takes on an extra special meaning here at our hotel for pleasure-seekers, close to Merano in South Tyrol. And the delight continues when you go on a snowshoe hike through the snowy landscape of the Val d'Ultimo mountains, climb a splendid peak, or rest in a mountain hut in a beautiful, pristine setting.

The art of cooking is based on a careful selection of ingredients and knowledge of their origin and quality. Here, we only source the best local ingredients, using them in traditional recipes but also in more contemporary dishes, to ensure you enjoy a special culinary experience. Our daily menu includes both the simple but tasty dishes that our grandma would cook, and the lighter, more stylish recipes of today's South Tyrolean cuisine.
